Report Lost or Stolen Card
Process for Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card and Blocking it
HBZ Web Banking
- Login to your HBZ Web Banking account
- Navigate to Card > Visa > Set Card Parameter
- Select Suspend/Reactivate Card
- Choose the account, card, and new status
HBZ Mobile Banking
- Login to the HBZ Mobile Banking app
- Select the account and tap on More Options
- Go to Set Card Parameters > Suspend/Reactivate Card
- Choose the card and desired status
Contact Center (Agent Services)
- Dial 80042242 (within UAE) or +97144195555 (outside UAE)
- Press 2, then 0 to speak with an agent for assistance
Contact Center (IVR Services)
- Call the Contact Center and Press 1
- Enter your card number, verify using your TPIN, and select the option for Card Blocking
