Report Lost or Stolen Card

Process for Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card and Blocking it

HBZ Web Banking

  • Login to your HBZ Web Banking account
  • Navigate to Card > Visa > Set Card Parameter
  • Select Suspend/Reactivate Card
  • Choose the account, card, and new status

HBZ Mobile Banking

 

  • Login to the HBZ Mobile Banking app
  • Select the account and tap on More Options
  • Go to Set Card Parameters > Suspend/Reactivate Card
  • Choose the card and desired status

Contact Center (Agent Services)

 

  • Dial 80042242 (within UAE) or +97144195555 (outside UAE)
  • Press 2, then 0 to speak with an agent for assistance

Contact Center (IVR Services)

 

  • Call the Contact Center and Press 1
  • Enter your card number, verify using your TPIN, and select the option for Card Blocking
